4. Limited Warranty

All artificial Christmas trees and related items are sold “as-is” without express or implied warranty.
We do not guarantee the longevity, durability, or continued functionality of pre-lit components or decorative elements after sale.

We are not responsible for:

• Burnt-out lights or blown fuses

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper assembly or handling

• Damage due to misuse, electrical malfunction, or weather exposure

Any manufacturer’s warranty (if provided) will apply directly from the manufacturer, not from Desert Glow Christmas Tree Co.

5. Damage or Defects Upon Delivery

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

1. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

2. Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

3. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit if inventory allows.

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

Once a product leaves our store or is delivered, Desert Glow Christmas Tree Co. assumes no further responsibility or liability for:

• Accidents, injuries, or damages arising from product use or installation

• Electrical failures or lighting malfunctions

Customers are solely responsible for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of all products.

Please follow all manufacturer safety instructions.
Artificial and pre-lit trees are for indoor residential use only, unless otherwise stated.
Do not overload outlets or power strips, and always unplug lights when unattended.

Desert Glow Christmas Tree Co. is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or non-compliance with safety recommendations.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
All products are subject to availability, and inventory may sell out quickly during the holiday season.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock discrepancies.
